Summer Beach Fun

Lucy, Sybil and I took a quick trip to the beach as a last fling before school started. It was the perfect day. The water was cold, the sky was blue, the sun was warm, and the beach was uncrowded.We always look for unusual rocks at the beach. Our particular beach doesn't have many shells, but there are an abundance of interesting rocks. We really should take a geology class or buy a rock book and figure out how some of these cool rocks are formed.

Preschool Graduation

Lucy graduated from Tiny Tots Academy on May 27th. Her teacher, Miss Kelly, did it up big for the three kids. She is such a wonderful lady!

I Don't Want Them To Cut Me Bald

We have been having lots of tears every morning when we brush the long hair, so I have been talking about getting it cut. She cries that it will hurt and that she doesn't want them the "cut her bald." I finally talked her into it today...and it looks so cute!

A Trip to the Beach

We had to take my sister and her family to the beach while they were here. We just HAD to!

It was Dr. Seuss Day at Lucy's preschool today. She ate green eggs and ham. She has talked of nothing else since. She wanted green eggs for lunch. She has ordered green eggs for breakfast tomorrow. Thank you Miss Kelly!

Catching Up

Better late than never? Here was Lucy after her fun Thanksgiving "dinner" at preschool. Miss Kelly just makes it so fun!

Trip to See Santa
