I know, it has been a LONG time since I posted here. I have been going through a rough bout with depression and haven't really felt like doing much.
My dear friend and RS President has helped me a lot and I decided that I needed to start changing the things that I know I can and let the things that I can't change go. (Thank you Sybil!)
So, I have started a new weight loss program. (I know you have heard that many times from me...but I am willing to try again and succeed this time!)
I have started walking 3 miles a day for at least 5 days a week and I am following the Weight Watchers points program on my own. I am not going to meetings or paying the monthly dues. I think since I have my dear hubby and several dear friends that I can discuss this journey with I will be okay.
As of today, one week on the program, I have lost exactly 4 pounds. That is a great start. I hope I can report such good numbers every week.
